Completing PDF's
The following will help with completing the editable PDF's that are included in most of the courses.
How to save a copy of the PDF
Using a mobile
If you are using a mobile device, you will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader if you want to complete the form on your mobile.
Windows
Once you complete your form, you can right click and use 'save as'. This allows you to save a copy each time you complete the form
Mac
If you open the PDF using preview you will have to create a duplicate. I would recommend keeping a 'master copy' and creating a duplicate file each time you want to save new date.
Using Adobe Reader
When you open the PDF on Adobe Reader, once completed, right click 'save as' and you can then save a new copy each time you complete the form.
