If you are having problems with your course or need help to troubleshoot an issue, our support team are here to help.   To get an answer quickly, we suggest searching the knowledge base first.

The courses do not come with personal support from Dr Elaine and we are unable to answer personal questions or give advice.  All the courses are self help and everything you need is contained within the course.
