Why is there a charge on my card?
You either made a one time payment to purchase a course outright, or more than likely,
It will be a monthly charge for one of our subscriptions courses
What is the charge?
You will have signed up for a monthly subscription to one of the following courses
You don't remember?
You will have received a receipt that looks like this
Want to cancel?
That's no problem, if you find out that you no longer need your course, you can find instructions on how to cancel here
Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds on monthly subscriptions - you might remember this information is shown before you enrol. You can see an example of this taken from the Anxiety MasterClass in the image below.
There are no refunds because you just cancel your account when you no longer wish to use it and you get access for what you have paid for until the end of your term. You can read more about this in the terms and conditions.
